Qatar’s First Large-Scale Solar Project
Al Kharsaah, Qatar

LundHalsey delivered height-adjustable console systems for the Al-Kharsaah Solar Power Plant, Qatar’s first utility-scale solar installation. Developed in collaboration with TotalEnergies, Qatar Energy, and Kahramaa, the plant forms a key part of the country’s renewable energy strategy.

The control room featured:

• 5 operator positions, all using Visionline height-adjustable consoles
• Integrated equipment cabinets for managing mission-critical hardware and maintaining a clean, functional operator environment

Despite operating under tight budget constraints and a fast-track construction schedule, LundHalsey delivered a high-quality, ergonomically optimised solution aligned with the client’s technical brief and sustainability focus.
