LundHalsey delivered a bespoke control room furniture solution for the Hessah Al Mubarak District – a dynamic new residential and retail destination in the heart of Kuwait City. This smart, integrated urban development brings together upscale living, shopping, and leisure in one modern environment.
The project focused on supporting centralised site security and monitoring functions. Initially comprising 10 operator positions, it was later expanded with an additional 3 consoles, bringing the total to 13. All consoles were supplied from LundHalsey’s premium Visionline range, renowned for its sleek design, modular flexibility, and long-term durability.
The project was awarded within a tight budget framework, requiring careful optimisation of both cost and performance. Through collaborative design and a clear emphasis on product quality, finish, and a long-term warranty, LundHalsey successfully demonstrated the value of a precision-engineered solution.
