LundHalsey have been proud collaborative partners of ES Broadcast since the broadcast equipment and systems integration provider started out back in 2012. As their specialist control room console supplier, we have helped ES Broadcast to deliver countless innovative, reliable broadcast solutions for a multitude of clients - including our recent facilities upgrade for DAZN, one of the world’s leading sports streaming service providers.
As part of DAZN’s expansion into new markets, they wanted to increase broadcast capacity, technical resilience and content output with a flexible, scalable TX platform upgrade that could handle their transmission requirements. Working closely with ES Broadcast, LundHalsey played an integral role in modernising DAZN’s regional production hubs, and UK media distribution centres in Leeds and Bangor. Working together, we completed the overhaul in just 10 weeks to support DAZN’s business growth.
Our process:
Using cutting-edge design software, LundHalsey mapped out DAZN’s ideal control room solution, supplying detailed floor plans, technical drawings, and high-quality 3D renders to show DAZN exactly what their upgraded broadcasting hubs would look like, complete with technical furniture. We then designed and manufactured custom-made consoles that offered the flexibility DAZN needed, with the ability to reconfigure the desks as and when requirements change. LundHalsey’s expert engineers swiftly installed DAZN’s new consoles according to the final design plan specifications, with minimal disruption to the client’s daily operations. DAZN now have the technical solution they need to deliver their groundbreaking live and on-demand sports streaming services to new territories worldwide.
