Retail Security Command Centre

LundHalsey was selected to deliver a comprehensive control room package for Dubai Hills Mall, a major lifestyle and retail destination in the UAE. The project scope covered the full security operations facility which included:
- 6 operator positions and 1 supervisor console from the Kontrol Command range
- Kudostack monitor stacks
- Ergonomic operator chairs
- Custom cabinets for video wall controller integration
This was a high-density equipment deployment, with consoles populated extensively with surveillance and communication hardware. LundHalsey collaborated closely with the client to ensure each device was accommodated using a combination of fixed shelving, pull-out trays, integrated rack mounts, and ventilated storage. Thermostatic cooling fans were incorporated to manage internal heat buildup and ensure 24/7 operational performance.
