Global Airports Forum 2025: Practical conversations on smarter, safer airport operations

The Global Airports Forum 2025 wrapped up yesterday in Riyadh, and we’d like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who visited  our stand this year.

The forum continues to bring together airport leaders, partners and solution providers focused on improving performance across complex and critical, 24/7 operational environments so a special thank you from Charles Evett, Jiri Vetrovec and Charbel Ejbeh, to everyone that dropped by to learn more about how LundHalsey solutions are supporting critical aviation operations worldwide.

Supporting ATC, ATM, AOC and ANSP environments
Once again, we showcased our specialist aviation console solutions for Air Traffic Control (ATC), Air Traffic Management (ATM), Airport Operations Centres (AOC) and Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs) alongside our leading training and simulation solutions — designed to enhance workflow efficiency, operator performance and comfort, and technology integration across high-demand aviation environments.

Charles Evett shared: “This event continues to provide a brilliant opportunity to discuss what integrators and airport operations teams need from control room environments today—spaces that support performance, resilience and future growth.”

Real-world project themes from the stand
Across the two days, conversations centred on practical delivery for:

  • New tower projects and operational readiness
  • Operations & training centre upgrades
  • Consoles and layouts that perform reliably in 24/7, mission-critical settings

Jiri Vetrovec added: “There was strong engagement around operator performance—ergonomics, visibility, and making sure the room layout supports the way teams actually work.”

Designing for the future of airport operations
As airports evolve, control room environments need to keep pace—supporting modern systems, multi-operator workflows and long-term maintainability without compromising comfort or uptime.

Charbel Ejbeh commented: “What stood out was how focused teams are on solutions that are both high-performance and practical-built to scale and easy to support over the long term.”

Thank you, Riyadh – and what’s next…
To everyone who helped make Global Airports Forum 2025 such a success—thank you – and if you didn’t get a chance to meet the team in Riyadh, you can catch LundHalsey at Airspace World in 2026. More details to follow and we look forward to seeing you there!
