LundHalsey delivered multiple control room environments for the iconic Katara Towers—one of the most recognisable architectural landmarks in Doha, and home to luxury hotels, residences, and hospitality venues.
The project scope included:
- 8 operator positions in the Main Control Room
- 5 operator positions in the Back-Up Control Room
- 15 operator positions in the Back-of-House Facility
LundHalsey was appointed by the project’s main consultant and tasked with delivering a solution under an accelerated schedule to meet the high-profile deadline for the 2022 FIFA World Cup grand opening. All rooms were configured to maximise ergonomics and functionality, with a consistent visual identity across the entire control infrastructure.
This project showcases LundHalsey’s ability to execute on high-visibility, time-sensitive installations within flagship developments at the heart of major global events.
