Assima Project – Mixed-Use Development

LundHalsey delivered a fully customised control room furniture solution for the Assima Project, a new mixed-use landmark in the centre of Kuwait City. The development comprises a premium shopping complex and a high-rise hotel tower, combining retail, hospitality, and lifestyle experiences in one iconic destination.
Our solution supported critical security and operations functions across the site, including:
- Main Security Control Room for the shopping centre
- Monitoring Room
- Hotel Tower Control Room
- Car Park Control Rooms
In total, 14 operator positions were delivered, all designed around our Visionline console range, paired with a bespoke customer desk concept to reflect the project’s modern architectural vision.
A key challenge in this project was the tight footprint of the main control room. LundHalsey collaborated closely with stakeholders, delivering multiple design iterations to ensure all equipment and display screens were accommodated – while still preserving full operator ergonomics and clear lines of sight.
