ISE 2026: OPTIMA Continues to Lead the Conversation

Following its strong reception last month at Intersec in Dubai, OPTIMA once again drew significant attention at ISE 2026 — one of the key events in the global AV and integrated systems calendar.

ISE continues to bring together consultants, integrators and end users from an increasingly broad range of sectors. This year’s exhibition reflected how widely high-performance control room environments — and adjacent operational spaces — are being considered, with growing emphasis on resilience, adaptability and long-term operational clarity.

Against this backdrop, OPTIMA Float stood out as part of LundHalsey’s wider mission-critical console range, underscoring the company’s continued focus on engineering excellence and purposeful design.

Reflecting on the exhibition, Charles Evett, CEO of LundHalsey, said:
“ISE remains an important event for our industry. The continued response to OPTIMA Float — following the fantastic reception at Intersec — shows there is real demand for solutions rooted in engineering excellence and purposeful innovation. Our approach has always been to combine structural integrity with considered design across our mission-critical range, and that clearly resonates.”

The LundHalsey stand was once again delivered in collaboration with our partners, Barco and Ergovisual, bringing together complementary technologies within a cohesive control room setting. The integration demonstrated how display solutions, ergonomics and console engineering align to create a unified, high-performance environment.

OPTIMA Float’s distinctive floating form naturally sparked conversation, often prompting the same question: How does it stand up?

Behind the minimal aesthetic sits carefully engineered structural support, developed to deliver the strength, rigidity and long-term resilience required for 24/7 mission-critical operation. What initially captures attention visually is underpinned by precision engineering — a principle that runs throughout LundHalsey’s console portfolio.

Conversations throughout the week extended beyond individual products. Visitors were focused on lifecycle performance, modular adaptability and the importance of intelligent spatial planning within control room environments. Alongside its console solutions, LundHalsey’s control room design services — including consultancy, space planning and visualisation — formed an important part of these discussions, reinforcing the value of a complete control room offering from concept through to innovation and implementation.

“There was genuine interest around the level of customisation available with OPTIMA,” said Will Lund, Sales Director. “Clients want solutions that work technically and reflect who they are as an organisation. Whether that’s through OPTIMA or the wider console range, being able to deliver tailored solutions without compromising engineering standards is essential.”

ISE also highlighted the diversity of sectors now investing in advanced control room infrastructure.

“One of the most positive aspects of this year’s event was the increasingly diverse range of visitors we welcomed to the stand,” added Jiri Vetrovec, Sales Director. “We spoke with professionals from a wide mix of sectors, each bringing different operational priorities and challenges. That variety reflects how critical environments are expanding — and why adaptable, future-ready design is so important.”

ISE 2026 provided a valuable opportunity to reconnect with partners and engage with new audiences across the industry. The conversations throughout the week reinforced the continued interest in control room solutions that combine structural integrity, thoughtful design and long-term performance — momentum that continues to build internationally.
